Woodbridge Park Association Acquires Access to its Newton Road Properties from Hampton Drive

The Woodbridge Park Association is pleased to announce our acquiring an additional approximately six-acre parcel at #7 Hampton Drive, on the south side, which will allow access to our existing Newton Road properties. Access has long been a problem along Newton Road; this acquisition provides for an additional safe access point and access to a land-locked piece we already own.

Acquisition of this property was made possible with sincere thanks to Robert Manocherian of Manocherian Brothers of New York City. We know their work locally as Woodbridge Estates. Specifically 5.67 acres, we also need to express appreciation to Engineer and Land Surveyor John-Paul Garcia for his assistance.

We will be working on developing trail access from Hampton Drive early in 2005 with a through trail to the Amity High School athletic fields later in the year with the construction of a bridge over a fast-moving stream.
